This week, we bring content curation to your fingertips with important updates to the Spundge mobile implementation. We’ve also added enhancements to WordPress syndication and to Instagram and LinkedIn embeds to help you make your stories even more visually appealing to your readers.
Mobile curation
It’s finally here! Once you’ve set up a Notebook, you can now curate new content from the real-time results stream on any Android and iOS devices. No app required.
To do that, simply log into Spundge.com on your mobile device. Find the Notebook you’d like to curate and tap on the Stream tab to see results in real time. To save content that you like, tap on the green check mark as you would normally do on your computer.
With this update, live curation just got even easier at events, and wherever you are. Don’t forget to add Spundge to your iOS device’s homescreen for easy access.

Featured images for stories
You can now set the featured image for a WordPress post from inside Spundge. Once you syndicate your story to WordPress, this image will be used in your blog post’s excerpt.
Before publishing your story, click on the “Set Featured Image” link to choose a picture.
Instagram embeds
We’ve reflected Instagram’s latest updates in Spundge Notebooks and stories. If you curate Instagram photos and videos, you will see them in their native interactive formats.
LinkedIn profile embeds
LinkedIn profiles can now be embedded when they are curated into Notebooks from the LinkedIn Firehose. When embedded, LinkedIn profiles will show information about the person in relation to its viewer. It can be useful to include it when mentioning someone in a story you’re writing, for example.
